Insurance limits the therapy hour to 45 minutes per session regardless of the type of therapy provided.

Rate for individual & play therapy (45 min):
Virginia: $130*
Montana: $120
Colorado: $130

Rate for couples therapy (average session length 1.5—2 hours):
Virginia: $160/hour*
Montana: $140/hour
Colorado: $160/hour

Rate for family therapy (75 min):
Virginia: $160*
Montana: $140
Colorado: $160

Rate for supervision (60 min):
Virginia: $160*
Montana: $130
Colorado: $160

Rate for groups (90 min):
Virginia: $60*

*$10 discount for using cash/check in all states.

We accept all major insurance carriers except Value Options and Medicare. We do take Medicaid and Tricare. Before your first appointment, YOU have to call your insurance company and ask for an AUTHORIZATION NUMBER for therapy. If they tell you no number is needed, get the name of the person you spoke with and the date you spoke to him/her in case we need to follow-up.
